Julianna Malogolowkin’s practice focuses on White Collar & Government Enforcement and Labor & Employment matters. She represents clients in a variety of industries, including life sciences, health care, and education. Her experience includes investigating whistleblower claims, resolution of complicated factual and legal issues related to the False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback, or Stark Law, and defending companies and their employees against state and federal prosecutors. Additionally, Julianna’s practice includes representing clients in a variety of employment matters, including discrimination, breach of employment contracts, trade secrets, and retaliation issues. She also has experience representing and counseling clients in the area of student affairs, discipline, Title IX, sexual misconduct and sexual harassment investigations, and student safety. Julianna received her B.A. from Syracuse University and her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law.
