A member of the Barcelona Bar and the Paris Bar, and affiliated with the International Bar Association, he served as Deputy Head of International Legal Cooperation at the French Ministry of Justice, leading negotiations with foreign governments, international organizations, and European institutions on complex cross-border legal matters.

He has advised public institutions, multinational companies, and investors on international projects, negotiations, and conflict management across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia. Eduard holds degrees in Law from University of Barcelona, Political Science from Sciences Po, and an LL.M. from New York University School of Law.

Eduard is the author of three books on negotiation, leadership, and trust: The Secret Art of Negotiation (2017), Leadership: The Positive Influence (2021), and Trust Me! (2025). He is a frequent keynote speaker and has trained more than 15,000 professionals in over 60 countries.

Alongside his advisory work, Eduard teaches negotiation, leadership, and influence in executive and graduate programs at leading European institutions, including ESSEC Business School, Sciences Po, and Universitat Pompeu Fabra. He also teaches negotiation to senior officers and international military leaders at the École de Guerre, France's premier military academy, where he contributes to leadership and strategic negotiation programs.
