This course is designed for any professional, regardless of the industry he/she works in. Broken into three sections, there is both a focus on general office etiquette and on work etiquette for law professionals. The course covers etiquette terminology, workplace expectations and acceptable behaviours: appropriate business dress and grooming, verbal communication, telephone skills, time management, and general professional development. Students will also be able to understand generally acceptable work etiquette practices. This course can easily be incorporated into your organization’s training requirements, as outlined in your workplace policies/procedures.
