Since beginning her law career in 1992, Andrea Bonina has concentrated almost exclusively on significant plaintiffs' personal injury cases. Andrea is now the managing partner of the firm, which handles medical malpractice, product liability, and other complex personal injury litigation. Andrea is a frequent lecturer on litigation and practice management topics. She is the past president of the Brooklyn Bar Association and a current Foundation Trustee. She obtained an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest rating for skills and ethics. Andrea has earned the respect of her peers and has been featured in the New York Times Super Lawyers list since 2007 as one of the finest plaintiffs' product liability litigators in New York. She has been included in the New York Area’s Top-Rated Lawyers since 2012. Andrea has received numerous awards and honors, including the Brooklyn Bar Association’s Vivian H. Agress Trailblazer Award and Distinguished Service Award. Andrea’s decision to practice law is an outgrowth of her commitment to helping others. As Co-Chair of an annual fundraising drive for St. Jude Children’s Hospital from 1992 through 2006, Andrea raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for children stricken with catastrophic diseases. Andrea is also a founder and past co-chair of the annual Liz Padilla Memorial 5K race to benefit the Brooklyn Bar Association’s Volunteer Lawyer Project. The race raises money to provide pro bono legal services and programs to needy Brooklyn residents.

Angélicque is Founding Partner at Avanzino & Moreno. She is an accomplished and passionate trial attorney, with over 25 years of experience representing injured victims, who has taken on insurance companies in a wide variety of automotive, workplace, medical malpractice, and wrongful death actions. She is a graduate of Binghamton University and Northeastern University School of Law. She has held several esteemed and prominent positions, including the Mayor's Advisory Committee on the Judiciary, President of the NYS Puerto Rican Bar Association, and is a Past-President of the Academy.

Michael is a former NYC homicide prosecutor, former Wall Street in-house litigator, and retired U.S. Army Military Judge whose private practice concentrates in the areas of state and federal criminal defense, securities regulatory enforcement proceedings, FINRA securities arbitration, and military law. He is a Trustee of the Brooklyn Bar Association and Chair of its Criminal Law Committee and Past President of the Kings County Criminal Bar Association, a member of the Appellate Division, Second Department Attorney Grievance Committee, a certified FINRA Arbitrator, and he holds leadership and membership positions in various other civilian and military organizations.

Anthony is the principal of a litigation practice that focuses on breach of contract, professional liability and premises liability. The firm's key practice areas include commercial litigation, insurance defense, landlord-tenant representation, and real estate. He is a graduate of Morehouse College and the University of Cincinnati College of Law. Anthony currently serves on the Grievance Committee for the Second, Eleventh**,** and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, is the Chair of the Minorities in Profession Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association, and is the President of the Brooklyn Bar Association.
