About This Course

With the rise of digital technologies, cyber sexual abuse has become a common form of interpersonal violence in New York. This CLE will provide an overview of the legal landscape of this developing area of law.

We will describe what cyber sexual abuse looks like and how it is perpetrated, explore the current relevant laws in place, examine the challenges in the legal system that prevent victims from getting justice, and offer proposed remedies and practice tips for attorneys interested in litigating these cases.
