Stephanie’s experience extends to alternative dispute resolution work, serving as a panel arbitrator for both the American Arbitration Association for commercial and consumer matters and FINRA, and serving as a Florida Supreme Court-qualified arbitrator. She has significant trial, appellate, and evidentiary hearing experience in courts and arbitrations. Stephanie regularly serves as counsel to court-appointed receivers and serves as a deputy receiver in state and federal actions involving Ponzi schemes or consumer protection violations. Banks and other lenders also rely on Stephanie to enforce their commercial loan rights and to protect them against lender liability claims.
