Joseph Lubinski is a partner in the law firm of MDH Law Group LLC where he practices real estate law with a particular emphasis on real estate finance. His diverse practice includes real estate finance transactions, multi-family and resort development, acquisitions, dispositions, and commercial foreclosures and workouts. Mr. Lubinski has served as the Chair for the Colorado Bar Association’s Real Estate Section Executive Council and as a member of the governing council for the ABA’s Real Property, Trust and Estate Section.
