Mr. Brown is Co-Founder and Chief of Legal Innovation at Overture and also serves as Overture’s General Counsel. In 2023, he was named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers. Mr. Brown started his legal career in the Los Angeles office of Irell & Manella LLP, where his practice focused on a variety of complex civil litigation matters, including securities class action defense, antitrust, and trademarks. Mr. Brown earned his J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where he was a Michael T. Masin Scholar and Staff Editor of the Entertainment Law Review.
