Mr. Gangi focuses on assisting clients with perfecting appeals throughout New York’s appellate courts, including the Appellate Division First and Second Departments, the New York Court of Appeals, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. His knowledge of New York’s Practice Rules of the Appellate Division and his ability to find creative solutions to procedural issues make him a valuable asset to his clients. Prior to starting his appellate work in 2018, Mr. Gangi was a litigator for two prominent South Florida insurance defense firms, where his practice was focused on personal injury and commercial litigation. Mr. Gangi has also had the opportunity to work on several appeals to Florida’s Third and Fourth District Courts of Appeal, which provides him with invaluable insight into the appellate process. Mr. Gangi earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida International University and a Juris Doctor degree from Saint Thomas University School of Law. Mr. Gangi is admitted to the bar in the State of Florida and the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Ms. Mouquin is a seasoned trial and appellate litigator, having handled and tried cases in Rhode Island Supreme and Superior Courts and the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island. Her practice focused on complex litigation, professional liability matters, insurance coverage, zoning board actions, and mass tort cases. During law school, Ms. Mouquin served as a judicial extern to Chief Justice Frank J. Williams of the Rhode Island Supreme Court and as an intern in the Appellate Division of the Rhode Island Public Defender’s Office. Ms. Mouquin even spent time in the United Kingdom as a marshal, sitting with a Crown Court judge to assist in hearing a complex criminal trial. Before becoming a lawyer, Ms. Mouquin devoted several years working with domestic violence victims and their families developing educational and interventional programs.
