I’m an experienced in-house legal counsel with over 15 years of practice across South Asia and the wider APAC region. My work spans corporate and commercial law, contract negotiation, compliance, governance, and M&A. As a Regional Senior Legal Counsel, I oversee contracts and compliance across multiple countries, advising executive teams and driving legal strategy that enables business growth and risk control. I’m currently completing my Global MBA and pursuing a PhD in Law, with research centred on the governance of AI in cross-border dispute resolution, including procedural fairness, ethical and legal frameworks, and the contractual mechanisms that shape international arbitration and digital dispute processes.
