Uncover Costly Mistakes and Boost Profitability in Your Law Firm.

Diane L. Camacho, CLM, discusses the causes behind loss of profitability, which include a failure to articulate a vision and goals, how to deal with unproductive employees, considerations in appropriate payment of Lateral Partners, the need to "know your numbers" in your firm's operation ratios (actual costs of employees, collections issues), ineffective Marketing spends and ROI, trust accounting costs for required vigilance, not customizing and constantly training everyone on software, and failure to not act quickly to change bad decisions. In her thorough and easy to understand presentation, Ms. Camacho offers advice on issues of which every firm should be aware for the business side of their practices.
