Learn how to stop the spread of bias through technology in your legal practice

Bias is prevalent in how we do things. This program is designed to help attorneys stop the spread of Bias through Technology. Examples include Facial recognition, filters designed by males to eliminate women applications and unconscious biases: The program discusses how the use of technology has been used to filter out male or ethnics names, automatics identifier screening, AI-Based interviewing, technology and age bias in hiring through job descriptions and male-based language and how age and race can be a factor against women and economic bias based on availability of better computers and technology. The program addressed implicit biases in the employment process and how increased awareness of these biases can help eliminate bias through greater awareness and ethical use of technology to increase diversity in employee search and job requirements in the legal profession.
