Explore strategies for handling sensitive topics like sex, drugs, and money in jury selection.

The point of every civil case is money, but when was the last time you asked a room full of strangers how they handle money, what it means to them, or how they think it should be spent?
What about a loss of consortium claim in your "ordinary" accident case?
Or what if you need to know about jurors' experiences with highly personal medical care?
We've got to make a safe place for jurors to talk about hard things, and this course aims to change your mind about how that can be done.
