Focusing on the purchase and sale of small Massachusetts businesses (under $5M), Jeremy works with buyers and sellers from the initial letter of intent phase to closing, advising on all aspects of each transaction. As a member and director of the New England Business Brokers Association (NEBBA) and legal counsel for the Business Brokers Association of New England, Inc. (BBANE), Jeremy has built strong relationships with business brokers and has established himself as an attorney who helps clients “get the deal done.” As the owner of Senior Attorney Match and a former owner of an import/export and retail business, Jeremy understands the variety of legal and non-legal issues business owners face daily. Leveraging his business ownership experience and knowledge of business law, Jeremy offers practical legal solutions to his clients. Trained in collaborative law, Jeremy also offers dispute resolution services to business owners seeking to separate without selling the underlying business. Whether representing the entity or one or more business owners, Jeremy provides clients with a cost-effective, non-litigious solution for business separations. In addition to business law, Jeremy assists clients with landlord-tenant matters and resolving disputes.

Margaret is passionate about partnering with law firm leaders to help them achieve their unique goals. Leveraging decades of experience consulting with lawyers, partners, and small to mid-size law firms, she founded MB Law Firm Consulting to fill a need for experienced and effective help. Margaret specializes in strategy, operations, finance, culture, and marketing, and has advised on and led acquisitions, relocations, succession planning, restructuring, and start-ups. Earlier in her career, she served as the CEO of a Boston-based law firm and helped launch and build a consultancy providing services to law firms. Margaret earned her MBA from Sawyer Business School at Suffolk University. A lifelong learner who prioritizes professional development, she is a Certified Legal Manager (CLM), Yellow Belt Legal Lean Sigma, and a Certified Professional Coach. She is also an active member of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA), currently serving on the Programs Committee, and is proud to be recognized as an Excellence in the Law Honoree in Firm Administration and Operations. When not problem-solving with clients, Margaret enjoys cooking fun and funky vegan cuisine, mastering her latest kitchen gadget, taking a barre class, or traveling with her husband.
