Judge Bonina is a retired Justice of the Supreme Court, Kings County. She has been on NAM's panel for nearly 15 years, and has experience mediating and arbitrating matters involving high-profile sexual abuse cases, as well as other personal injury cases. Since 2010, she has been consistently ranked among the top 10 mediators and arbitrators in NY by the NY Law Journal, and in 2020 was ranked the #1 arbitrator and #1 mediator in New York. Prior to her judicial career, Judge Bonina was a partner at Bonina & Bonina, P.C. She is a proud graduate of Villanova University and Brooklyn Law School.
EDWARDS POTTINGER
Brittany Henderson is a partner at Edwards Pottinger. She represents crime victims and survivors of sexual abuse in civil litigation and has co-founded two progressive charities for sexual abuse survivors. She is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University College of Law in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and Auburn University.

Ondine is a graduate from the University of Michigan, where she earned her degree in English and Philosophy before going on to law school at Benjamin Cardozo School of Law. There she served as an Editor on the Moot Court Board. Upon graduating law school, she went on to work at several prestigious litigation firms honing her craft before forming her own firm. Today she is a partner at Miranda Slone Sklarin Verveniotis, LLP, where she specializes in complex defense litigation for non-profit, religious, and social services organizations. She is an advocate for women in the workplace and supports many charities, including research for cancer and autism. Ondine believes that the key to her success comes from understanding and appreciating the needs of her clients; it is her primary goal to emphasize transparency and communication in all aspects of her work.
