Ron is more than midway through a Master of Liberal Arts at Harvard University (Div. of Continuing Education), focusing on mindfulness, human potential and well-being.

Alexandra Echsner-Rasmussen, known as “Cookie,” is an Attorney at Aylstock, Witkin, Kreis, and Overholtz in Pensacola, FL, where she works on mass tort cases and leads weekly mindfulness meditation and movement gatherings. Cookie is also a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the State of Florida with much of her clinical experience in an inpatient treatment center for addiction. Drawing upon personal and professional experience, she is an advocate for providing mindfulness based, trauma-informed services. She has written extensively about lawyer and law student well-being, mindfulness, trauma-informed communication, and has had various speaking engagements and CLE courses. She is at the helm of Lawganic / AER Counseling, which contributes to sustainable wellness and healing in the legal profession and beyond.

Claire E. Parsons is a seasoned attorney with an illustrious 15-year career, specializing in litigation matters in state and federal courts in Kentucky and Ohio. Claire's practice encompasses school law, administrative law, municipal law, employment law, and litigation in both states. Notably, she has been selected as the General Editor of a forthcoming legal treatise on employment contracts by LexisNexis, slated for publication in 2024. In prior roles, Claire successfully handled all facets of civil rights and tort litigation as insurance counsel for county, municipal, and school entities and officials in both Kentucky and Ohio. Her achievements include serving as first chair defense counsel in three successful jury trials and multiple administrative hearings before the Kentucky Department of Education.
