His practice focuses extensively on financing transactions, working with borrowers, lenders and other financial institutions on all matters related to commercial lending including structuring, negotiation, and documentation of transactions involving a variety of asset classes. He advises and represents borrowers, lenders, and investors on transactions involving real estate acquisition and development financing, construction loans, working capital financing, asset-based lending and mezzanine loan financing. He also represents developers throughout the development process, landlord and tenants in commercial leasing arrangements and prepares planned unit development condominium approval documents, public offering statements and supporting documents for submission to the Department of Community Affairs.
