About This Course

NY has a new rule that provides an efficient mechanism to get to the heart of a case in a single corporate designee deposition! This new rule patterned in large part after Federal 30(b)(6).  Mark Kosieradzki, author of the treatise, 30(b)(6) Deposing Corporations, Organizations & the Government will teach you how to craft a designee notice, the responsibilities of the responding party, and as how to establish the foundational questions necessary to build a record to successfully compel production of information.
