Jean is co-founder and principal of Benchmark Title Agency, LLC, and has been involved in the title insurance industry for over 35 years. Jean’s career began during law school when she worked at L & H Abstract Corporation, which later merged with First American Title Insurance Company of New York. Jean stayed with First American until founding Benchmark Title Agency, LLC in 2005. During her tenure at First American, Jean served as Senior Vice President and Branch Counsel and was a member of First American’s Board of Directors.

Adam R. Etman is an attorney with over twenty years of experience, concentrating on both residential and commercial transactional matters. Most recently, Adam represented institutional lenders originating loans for sale in the secondary market. His versatility allows him to assist clients with a wide range of projects. He is admitted to practice law in New York State and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. He is also an active member of the New York County Bar Association.
