Danielle B. Shalov is an Assistant Deputy Chief Appellate Court Attorney administering the Mandatory Civil Appeals Mediation Program for the Appellate Division, Second Department. Ms. Shalov previously served as Director of the Amelia A. Gould Representation in Mediation Clinic at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law and Director of the Mediation Clinic at New York Law School. She is an approved mediation trainer for both initial and advanced mediation training under Part 146 of the Rules of the Chief Administrative Judge.
