Blake Cauble-Johnson’s areas of focus with Stockton & Kandt, LLC, are Estate Planning, Business Formation, and Real Estate Law. Blake works with Estate Planning clients to develop and implement comprehensive plans to protect their assets, ease the burden on their families, and ensure that the legacy they design is secure. He assists entrepreneurs in establishing agreements and entities to formalize their business relationships, provide liability protection, and create the frameworks that allow them to grow and thrive. Finally, Blake works with Real Estate professionals and investors to support transactions and create investment vehicles. Education For his undergraduate education, Blake attended Kansas State University on a baseball scholarship, earning a BA in Philosophy. He subsequently attended Northwestern University School of Law in Chicago, graduating with a Juris Doctorate. He is admitted to practice in Kansas, Missouri, and Illinois. Blake has worked in private practice and, most recently, as in-house counsel for a real estate brokerage. He joined Stockton & Kandt, LLC, in January of 2024. In addition to practicing law, Blake worked in Higher Education as an administrator and instructor at Kansas State University, the University of Kansas, and Washburn. He currently teaches a statistics course through Harvard’s online Extension School.
