Unlock the proven legal strategies and latest federal guidelines needed to successfully navigate the bankruptcy process and eliminate crippling student loan debt.

This course provides a practical roadmap for practitioners seeking to navigate §523(a)(8) of the Bankruptcy Code and effectively advocate for clients pursuing student loan relief through bankruptcy.
