Prior to founding the Law Offices of Thomas L. Gallivan, PLLC, Mr. Gallivan defended nursing homes, physicians, hospitals, and their insurers. As a result of this experience, Mr. Gallivan is highly familiar with the strategies employed by nursing homes, physicians, hospitals, and their insurers. He uses his experience defending these cases to benefit his current clients—victims of nursing home neglect and abuse, medical malpractice, or personal injury. Mr. Gallivan also represents individuals accused of breaking the law. He represents criminal defendants charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI), petit larceny, assault, drug offenses, and domestic violence, as well as other misdemeanors and felonies.
