A deep dive into insurance recovery strategies for policyholders facing high-value, complex claims involving property damage, liability exposure, cyber risk, and business interruption.

Insurance recovery has become a critical component of risk management as businesses confront increasingly complex losses arising from cyber incidents, environmental exposure, construction disputes, and catastrophic events. Policyholders frequently encounter resistance from insurers, requiring sophisticated legal strategies to enforce contractual rights.
This program examines insurance recovery from the policyholder’s perspective, focusing on how coverage disputes arise and how they are successfully litigated or resolved. Particular attention is given to emerging risks, evolving policy language, and insurer tactics that impact recovery outcomes.
Attendees will gain practical guidance on maximizing insurance recoveries, coordinating coverage litigation with underlying claims, and positioning policyholders for success in high-stakes disputes.
