Beyond compliance: Master the SEC Pay vs. Performance rule to strategically align executive compensation with performance, driving superior shareholder value.

The SEC’s Pay vs. Performance (PvP) rule marks a significant development in executive compensation disclosure, requiring public companies to clearly outline the link between compensation paid to executives and the financial performance of the company. This rule presents both technical challenges and strategic opportunities for companies aiming to align pay practices with shareholder expectations.
Join Stephen O’Byrne, Shareholder at Value Advisors Inc., and Jared Rosamilia, Senior Associate at ClearBridge Compensation Group, as they provide a deep dive into the regulatory framework, technical requirements, and practical implications of PvP disclosures. Attendees will gain valuable insights into how these disclosures can be leveraged to evaluate incentive strength, improve compensation design, and strengthen shareholder engagement.
