About This Course

This course provides an overview of ethical contracting practices, including key theories and strategies for maintaining compliance. Participants will gain insights into the importance of ethical conduct, conflict of interest and bribery prevention, monitoring compliance programs, and enforcement. In addition, the course will cover the challenges of remote work and virtual training, collaboration with HR, and the structure of a compliance team. Participants will learn how to build a compliance program from the ground up, with a focus on risk assessment, the delegation of tasks, and learning from past mistakes. By the end of the course, participants will have the skills and knowledge to implement and maintain a successful ethical contracting program that meets the needs of their organization.
