Before entering private practice, Gregory clerked for the Honorable Jerry E. Smith of the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Gregory has more than 25 years of experience representing clients in international trade litigation, including regarding antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings, section 232 national security reviews, and GSP issues before the U.S. Trade Representative. His international trade litigation experience includes many of the largest international trade matters, including numerous carbon, electrical, and stainless steel products; a wide range of chemical and mineral products; and numerous consumer goods. He represents clients in appeals before the Court of International Trade and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, as well as in cases before NAFTA Panels.
