Tao Zhang is Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of Product and IP at Juniper Networks. She obtained her JD from Concord Law School and a PhD in Physics from Stanford University. Dr. Zhang is a member of the California Bar, a registered patent attorney with the USPTO, and is CIPP/US certified by IAPP. She authored the book Mining Ideas for Diamonds: Comparing China and U.S. IP Practices from Invention Selection to Patent Monetization.
