She has been a Public Servant, holding an appointment as a Commissioner of Workers' Compensation in NYS for a decade, hearing complex issues about workplaces. In 1997, she founded a consulting and training firm, Diversity-Training Workplace Solutions, Inc., training employees on harassment of all types and prevention. In 2000 she started a law firm focused 100% on matters of discrimination in the workplace - representing employees only. She is a longstanding member of the National Employment Lawyers Association, and has served as a Board Member of the NYS National Employment Lawyers Association. Ms. Korn-Myers has also been a columnist for various publications. Ms Korn-Myers is a Mediator and also an advocate for her clients in mediation.

Dr. Trigoboff earned her Doctorate in Nursing Science (DNS) in psychiatric nursing from SUNY at Buffalo, is Board Certified in 4 areas, and is on the faculty of the SUNY Buffalo School of Pharmacy & Pharmaceutical Sciences. Her expertise includes a longstanding private practice with a focus on treating those with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Depression, Anxiety Disorders, and stress reactions. She is an Expert Witness and a national and international speaker and consultant on a wide variety of clinical, research, legal, and professional topics. She is active in clinical research, community service venues, clinical settings, and support groups. She has received numerous awards, and belongs to several professional organizations.
