This course is designed to provide the latest updates in family law, and a comprehensive overview of how the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted family law. Throughout the program, you'll explore several critical topics that have become more complex due to the pandemic, including divorce rates, child support calculation, and business valuation in divorce cases.
In addition, you'll learn about the ethical standards and professional responsibilities that attorneys must adhere to when representing their clients, including conflict of interest and consequences for violating ethical standards. The course will cover the State Bar's obligations and duties and the penalties that the State Bar may impose on attorneys who violate ethical standards.

Weinman is the founder of Weinman & Associates, P.C. Based in Austin and represents clients throughout the region.
