Tom Standifer is an attorney with a background in complex litigation, international law, and public policy. He previously served as a judicial law clerk in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia (EDVA) and practiced at Cleary Gottlieb, where he worked on cross-border disputes and regulatory matters. He has also served in the U.S. Senate and currently is a Clara Belfield and Henry Bates Overseas Legal Fellow at the Argentine human rights organization Centro de Estudios Legales y Sociales (CELS).
