Andrew is a Family Law Specialist certified by the California Board of Legal Specialization. He started practicing law in 2006 as a Family Law Litigation Attorney after graduation from the University of San Francisco School of Law. After 16 years of litigation experience, Andrew recognizes and understands the challenges of navigating the California legal system. Andrew’s current law practice emphasizes conflict resolution in family law matters as an alternative to litigation. Andrew obtained a Mediation Certification and Basic Conflict Resolution Training through the SEEDS Community Resolution Center. Resolving family legal conflicts outside of court is his primary goal. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in French with a minor in Economics from Morehouse College. He also fulfilled the requirements for a Minor in Chinese Studies at Clark Atlanta University in Atlanta, Georgia.

Cole Reder is a skilled professional with experience in a range of multimedia and technical fields. He has extensive experience with Adobe Photoshop and Premiere, recording audio via DAW, and using XSplit Broadcaster. He is also highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suites. From November 26th, 2020, to the present, Cole hosted and edited "The Canadian Perspective," a podcast he created. He recorded and edited audio using Reaper DAW and frequently used Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop. Cole was also responsible for planning and coordinating all social media, including SEO, and researching for each episode. Since January 3rd, 2022, Cole has been working as an assembler at MacDon Industries Ltd. He assembles intricate kits, performing a wide range of building tasks, demonstrating his ability to perform physically demanding work with a high degree of accuracy. Cole's educational background includes graduating cum laude from Sanford Collegiate in 2017. He was on the honor roll in 2015, 2016, and 2017, studying Pre-Calculus Mathematics, English, and Jazz Band, among other subjects. He then attended Red River College from August 2017 to April 2019, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration. During his time there, he was on the Dean's List twice and maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.5. Cole excelled in Accounting, Economics, and Personal Selling and developed strong leadership skills in group settings.
