Kate Nuñez is an experienced employment law attorney and legal educator with over 15 years in litigation, legal writing, and employment discrimination law. As a Legal Writing Coach at Jackson Lewis P.C., she trains attorneys on legal analysis and litigation strategy under statutes like Title VII, ADA, ADEA, and FMLA. Previously, Kate was a Professor of Law at Nova Southeastern University, where she taught Employment Discrimination Law, Legal Writing, and a wide range of labor and employment courses for graduate students. Her legal scholarship includes five published law review articles and a book chapter on employment law topics. She has litigated employment cases for both plaintiffs and management and started her career at Proskauer Rose LLP.
