Michael Sinclair is a Contracts Manager currently based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. He has been working for PowerFlex in a full-time position since October 2021. In his role, Michael manages the contracts for the company's various projects and initiatives. Prior to joining PowerFlex, Michael served as a Contracts Manager for Realty Operations Group in New York City for nearly three years. He was responsible for managing and negotiating contracts for the company's real estate projects. Before his time at Realty Operations Group, Michael was the Manager of Administration and Legal Services at Global Thermostat for nine months. In this role, he oversaw the legal services and administrative functions of the company. Michael's career in the legal and contracts field began as a Paralegal for Gordon E. Meyer & Associates, P.C. in Boston, Massachusetts. He worked there for three years and ten months before moving to New York City to work for Heiberger & Associates, P.C. as a Paralegal. He later became the Senior Closing Paralegal at the same firm. After two years of service at Heiberger & Associates, P.C., Michael became the Closing Coordinator at First American Title, where he managed the closing process for real estate transactions. He then went on to become the Closing Operations Manager at Spruce Holdings Inc. in Brooklyn, New York, where he managed the closing team and ensured that all transactions were completed accurately and efficiently. With his extensive experience in the legal and contracts field, Michael has developed a strong set of skills in negotiation, project management, and legal document preparation.
