Kyle D. Sellett is Partner of Weiss-Kunz & Oliver, LLC, and brings to the firm his experience in a wide variety of matters including divorce, parentage, adult & juvenile adoption, prenuptial agreements, modification of parental responsibilities (custody), maintenance and child support modifications among others. Kyle routinely handles cases in Cook, DuPage and Will County; however, he has files transferable to all jurisdictions. Kyle received his J.D. from the John Marshall Law School in 2015 and has been practicing family law since 2016. In 2020, he was named Partner of the firm where his drive and firm focus on relentless dedication to his clients and coworkers alike. What drew him to the area of family law is the personal approach to creating and bringing individuals in family transitions peace. The process of a divorce or separation can be both incredibly stressful and mentally exhausting, and he takes each of his cases personally to help a client open up a new chapter of their lives for themselves and their family. Kyle is able to effectively communicate with clients to determine not only their goals during litigation, but also help them to discover what they need to continue after its completion. He understands that the relationship with his clients is a partnership and is committed to nurturing that relationship through the entire life of their case.
