Master advanced legal and financial strategies to protect assets, value complex business structures, and navigate high-stakes negotiations for optimal divorce settlements.

High net worth divorces present challenges that extend well beyond the division of ordinary marital property. Significant investment portfolios, privately held businesses, executive compensation arrangements, trusts, international assets, and complex tax structures can all influence the outcome of a divorce proceeding. These matters often require careful coordination between legal, financial, valuation, and tax professionals to ensure that assets are properly identified, valued, and allocated.
This webinar examines the practical and strategic issues that arise in high-asset divorce cases. Participants will explore approaches to property division, spousal support, child support, business interests, and investment assets, while considering the unique financial and evidentiary challenges that accompany substantial wealth. The session provides practical guidance for identifying risks, managing complexity, and developing strategies that support favourable outcomes for clients navigating high-value family law disputes.
