Prior to Holon, Lisa worked in the Office of Chief Counsel for the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) in the General Law, Ethics, and Litigation Division. She also spent approximately three years as a litigator for McDermott Will & Emery and three years as an Assistant District Attorney in Bronx County. As an Assistant District Attorney, she handled a wide variety of criminal matters that she successfully tried to verdict. As a Litigation Associate at McDermott Will & Emery, she acted as lead counsel for a billion-dollar environmental litigation. At the TTB under the Department of the Treasury in the Chief Counsel’s Office, she primarily worked on employment, ethics, administrative law, and litigation. She handled numerous EEOC, MSPB, and FTCA claims. She also worked with the Department of Justice on federal matters relating to the industries TTB regulates.
