Gary has a B.A. from Rutgers University where he majored in psychology and a J.D. as a 1976 graduate of the Temple University School of Law (now the James Beasley School of Law at Temple University). Since 1977 Mr. Borger has been engaged in the private practice of family law in Cherry Hill, New Jersey (presently as a partner with Weir LLP). He concentrates his practice in negotiation, mediation, and litigation of family law matters. His practice involves divorce, custody, parenting time, child relocation, alimony, child support, equitable distribution of marital property and debt, and all other aspects of the myriad of legal problems associated with separation and divorce, including drafting and negotiation of cohabitation, premarital and marital agreements. He is trained in and practices both mediation and collaborative law.
