Amy Scotto is a litigation attorney at Ellenoff, Grossman, & Schole LLP, specializing in Corporate and Securities litigation. Prior to joining EGS, Ms. Scotto served as an Assistant District Attorney in the office of the Queens County District Attorney for 8 years. During her time as an Assistant District Attorney, Ms. Scotto served as lead counsel on complex investigations and trials including homicide, sex trafficking, and financial crimes. Ms. Scotto is also an experienced appellate attorney, having practiced in the New York State Court of Appeals, the Appellate Division, Second Department, and the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, & Thirteenth Judicial District. Ms. Scotto received her Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law, a Master’s degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Bachelor’s degree from Marymount Manhattan College. She is admitted to practice in New York, the United States District Courts for the Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of New York, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
