Michael S. Solomon is an associate attorney at Smiley & Smiley, LLP, specializing in personal injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death cases. He earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University at Buffalo Law School in May 2015, concentrating in financial transactions. During his time there, he was active in the National Trial Team, the Consumer and Financial Advocacy Clinic, and contributed to the Buffalo Intellectual Property Journal. Prior to that, he completed his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, cum laude, at Binghamton University in May 2012, achieving Dean's List recognition for six semesters.​ Admitted to the New York State Bar (Second Department) in 2016, Michael is also authorized to practice in the United States District Courts for both the Eastern and Southern Districts.
