Navigate the complex life cycle of class actions, from certification battles to expert witness management and defense strategies.

Class action litigation requires careful planning, strong execution, and a clear understanding of how courts evaluate certification, risk, and resolution. From early investigation through class certification, key motions, and case resolution, the way a case is built can significantly influence its outcome.
Join Gerald L. Maatman, Jr., Partner at Duane Morris LLP; Josh A. Rubin, Counsel at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP; and Francis A. Citera, Shareholder at Greenberg Traurig LLP, for a practical overview of the essential steps in class action practice, including building strong evidentiary records and meeting or challenging class certification requirements.
This CLE webinar also explores how to make strategic decisions that influence cost, exposure, and leverage. With an emphasis on real-world application, it addresses early case evaluation, managing discovery in complex matters, and aligning litigation strategy with business and risk considerations for both plaintiff and defense counsel.
