A 2026 Roadmap for Family Law Litigators to Identify, Value, and Divide Digital Assets.

As we move into 2026, cryptocurrency is no longer a niche investment—it is a mainstream fixture in marital estates, bringing complex discovery and enforcement challenges to the courtroom. You will learn to navigate the "Expansion Era" of digital assets, from Strategic Bitcoin Reserves to Layer-3 networks. We will demystify valuation choices, identify which pricing sources to trust, and provide a "No-Frills Approach" to dividing volatile positions.
Additionally, we will tackle the rise of crypto fraud and "Pig Butchering" scams that increasingly complicate alimony and support calculations. Gain the tools to build defensible tracing narratives and secure usable records in the ever-evolving digital landscape.
