Uncover the strategic defense tactics, cross-examination techniques, and courtroom maneuvers used to dismantle the prosecution's case and win a not-guilty verdict in a murder trial.

Join veteran trial attorney Wilfrid “Wil” Rumble as he takes you inside the compelling Twyman trial, where forensic evidence, human behavior, and narrative strategy collided in a high-stakes jury decision. Through the lens of a case involving DNA evidence, a critical failure to call for help, and deeply challenging “bad facts,” Wil reveals how his team built a powerful, emotionally resonant defence anchored in the theme: “They Got the Wrong Guy.”
This course goes beyond courtroom tactics to explore how emotional truth is identified, how case archetypes are shaped, and how teamwork drives effective trial preparation and persuasion. Even in a case where the accused did not testify, Wil demonstrates how a full and authentic picture of humanity can still be presented to the jury—and ultimately, how jurors themselves interpret justice when the story is told with clarity and conviction.
